MINEX FORUM 1-2 OCTOBER:

DELEGATE FEE: GBP 545 or USD 1070

Delegate fee is 0% VAT and includes: delegate bag, minex2008 catalogue, Minex2008 CD, admission to all sessions, luncheons, refreshments, drinks on 1 October, Drinks and Minex Awards Gala Dinner on 2 October, on-line access to the post-event materials.

MASTER CLASSES 3 OCTOBER:

DELEGATE FEE: GBP 245 or USD 480

Delegate fee is 0% VAT and includes: handouts, admission to all sessions, luncheon, refreshments, drink reception on 3 October, on-line access to the post-event materials.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Confirmation:

You will receive acknowledgment of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration by email or fax. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341, in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received in writing before 22 September 2008 will be subject to an administration charge of 65 GBP. The full conference fees are payable in the event of cancellation after 22 September 2008. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time (providing the delegate has Russian entry visa).

NB

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the contents of the agenda, timing, names of speakers or the venue.
